Hey Wiz it was my birthday the other day too?
Anyway guys an announcement that may be of interest (aka another long Biffa post with him rambling on and on).
Bad Karma's post is interesting, it got me thinking about what online gaming is actually about. I think it's the saddest thing that a once massively active clan has come to nothing but this free forum and the odd post about birthdays.
I think Wow was actually a bad thing for all of us, it divided many of us in so many different ways, Karma's post is just one example. It divided those that were into it and those that weren't.
I guess the guild is what it was before in some ways, just a couple of guys enjoying one another's company, exchanging views and friendship. A clan can be 100 or 2 it makes no difference really, in the past we have been both. A purpose is always nice though.
Anyway after long reflection and for those 16 ppl that are members of this forum, I'd like to say that SAF will continue and hopefully one day will find again a game that truly encompasses it's spirit and the entertainment needs of it's members.
To prove this over the next few weeks I will be announcing a new site where those that share a common interest in gaming can visit, old friends and new.
You're all invited ofc, details to follow.
Biffa

Great to hear SAF aint dead yet. Hopefully we can meet againt somewhere in the future My computer life hasn't been sort to say quiet. After our ghost recon days I started doing more and more games. Incl. BF2 and my most important game Live for Speed. Currently I have been contracted as a professional computer player by SK Gaming. www.sk-gaming.comMaybe you have heared of them. I am part of the racing team. These guys are all amazing. This however eats also a lot of time to play other games. But whenever I can I still can be found in other games also. Just add me to stay in contact on Xfire (NukeLane) or msn (nukelane@hotmail.com) Further on there are a lot of good games coming out in teh future. COD4, World in Conflict, Crysis. So who knows where we will meet again

In the end games do come and go. People develop interests that at times diverge. Those interests will converge again in the future to be sure. A team that's been around as long as this has a helluva lot going for it.
SAF rocks balls.
